Do I need an Athleit account to look up a receipt?

No. Just the email address you used at checkout. We'll send a secure link with all the receipts tied to that email.

I can't find my receipt — is the email maybe different?

Try the other parent's email, or any email the household has used to register. Receipts are tied to whoever paid at checkout, not the player.

I need a refund or there's an error on my receipt.

Refunds are handled by the team or club that received your payment. Athleit never holds the funds, so we can't issue one on their behalf — but their staff can refund you directly from their dashboard in a couple of clicks. Reach out to your treasurer or team admin and they'll get it sorted. Once the refund posts, your original pay link doubles as the refund receipt (with the refunded amount and date listed), and the money returns to your card or bank in about 5–10 business days.

Can I download all my receipts for the year?

Yes — once you're in the secure results view, there's a "download all as PDF" option that bundles every receipt in the date range you pick. Useful for tax season.
