These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Athleit LLC ("Athleit," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Athleit web and mobile applications and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and agree to these Terms. If you create an account on behalf of a team, club, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.
Children under 13 do not create accounts. Players who are minors may be added to the Service only by a parent, legal guardian, or an authorized organization administrator acting with parental or guardian consent, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Athleit provides software for youth sports teams and clubs to manage scheduling, rosters and households, messaging, registrations, and payments, available via web and mobile applications. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We may also set reasonable limits on use of the Service.
The Service uses role-based access (for example, club director, coach, treasurer, parent, and player). Each role can see and do different things. Organizations are responsible for assigning roles appropriately and for the conduct of the people they invite.
Subscription fee. Athleit charges a flat subscription fee per team or club, as described on our Pricing page. The current fee is $20 per month. Fees may change on notice as described in Section 14.
Free trial. Where offered, a free trial lets you use the Service for the stated period without charge. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial.
Payment-processing fees. Payments collected through the Service (such as dues, registrations, jerseys, and tournament fees) are processed by Stripe. Each payment is subject to Stripe's standard processing rate plus a flat per-payment fee charged by Athleit, as described on our Pricing page. These fees are separate from the subscription fee.
Billing and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes other than taxes based on Athleit's net income.
When an organization uses Athleit to collect payments, the organization — not Athleit — decides what it charges for and is responsible for the accuracy of those charges, for delivering whatever the payment is for, and for handling refunds and disputes with payers. Athleit provides the tools to request, process, and record payments and to issue refunds, but is not a party to the underlying transaction between an organization and a payer. Use of payment features is also subject to Stripe's Services Agreement (https://stripe.com/legal).

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). You grant Athleit a limited license to host, store, process, and display User Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your organization.
You are responsible for your User Content and your communications through the Service, including messages to other users. Communications involving minors must be appropriate and consistent with applicable law and any policies of the relevant organization or sport.
Organizations, parents, and guardians are responsible for the information they provide about minors and for supervising minors' participation. By adding a minor to the Service, you confirm you have the authority and any necessary consent to do so. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle children's information.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks (including the Athleit name and logo), is owned by Athleit and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
The Service relies on and links to third-party services (including Stripe, Apple, and Google). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATHLEIT AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO ATHLEIT FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Athleit from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of others.
We may modify these Terms or the Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by email or in-app) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (including those on fees owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to arbitration will be the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Athleit regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
