Club facilities
Track the facilities your club uses, the spaces inside them, and reserve those spaces by creating Schedule events anchored to a Space.

Where it lives
Club → Settings → Facilities is the tab where staff manage every facility the club tracks. Day-by-day visibility into events anchored to those facilities lives on the Day tab of Club → Schedule.
Facilities and Spaces
A facility is a place — a gym, a sports complex, a school's athletic site. Inside each facility you create one or more Spaces: the individual things you actually reserve.
- Facility has a name and an optional address.
- Spaces are the bookable units inside a facility. Common examples: Court 1, Court 2, Field A, Studio 3, Pickleball court. Name them however your club already names them — the facility calendar uses those labels.
Splitting a facility into Spaces lets two teams use the same building at the same time without conflicts, because each event sits on a specific Space.
Managing facilities
Only club staff create, edit, or delete facilities and Spaces. From Club → Settings → Facilities:
- Add facility — opens a side drawer with name, address, optional notes, and the Spaces inside.
- Tap a tile to edit the facility — rename it, change the address, edit notes, or add / rename / remove Spaces.
- Use the trash icon on a tile to delete the facility (blocked if any events still reference its Spaces).
Member-level club users don't see the Facilities tab.
Reserving a Space
A facility reservation is a club event with its Space field set. There's no separate "booking" object — anything you create on the facility calendar is also a Schedule event, and vice versa.
From Club → Schedule, tap + New event, then under Location, pick Space and select the facility + Space.
The drawer collects:
- Title — short label shown across all views.
- Date and time — start and end (or all-day to skip the time picker).
- Location — set to Space with the facility + Space chosen.
- Team — pick None (general club event), Club (a linked club team — e.g., "U12 Boys"), or Other (free-text label for outside groups, like a school renting a court). The "Other" mode replaces what used to be called a "ghost team" — useful when there's no Athleit roster but the slot still needs to be claimed.
- Repeat — daily or weekly with an until date for series reservations (regular practice slots, recurring rentals).
- Details — optional context.
Anything you save shows up across the Club → Schedule views — list, day (grouped by facility), week, and month.
Calendar views
Open Club → Schedule for four views of every club event, including facility reservations:
- List — chronological table / cards with an Upcoming / Past / All filter.
- Day — DaySpine summary on the left and per-resource cards grouped by facility on the right. Virtual and custom-location events appear in an "Other events" card.
- Week — Monday-anchored 7-day grid.
- Month — calendar grid.
When two timed events overlap on the same Space, they cluster into a single chip in the week and month views — click the chip to see all events in that slot.
Editing and deleting
Open any event chip on the schedule to edit or delete it. Recurring series show two scopes:
- This event — affects only the date you opened.
- Entire series — affects every occurrence sharing the series id.
Use this event for one-off cancellations (a holiday closure on a single Tuesday); use entire series when the schedule itself has changed.
Who can edit
Only club staff create, edit, or delete facilities and the events inside them. Other club members and team members see the schedule read-only.
